I've eaten here loads over the years, but recently I've had 2 experiences of severely undercooked burgers, lamb or beef. On the latter occasion, both myself and my partner experienced this, and took the time to write in and complain. No response from the restaurant. We're now boycotting this overpriced, self absorbed eatery.

Starters were very nice. Main course- average. Asked for a burger well done (by which i mean cooked through) and it was more like coal than beef! Meatballs were nothing special. No one checked back to make sure everything was ok and took quite a long time to get attention for drinks. Also the waiter held the lip of the glasses when bringing to the table. Call me fussy, but one of my pet hates.
Wouldn't put me off going again. I'd just order differently.
