Aladdin

As a vegetarian (of more than 20 years standing...) I can also recommend Aladdin's... I have visited with many friends (mostly meat eating friends)... I have never heard anyone complain EVER... only compliments and return visits... I will visit Aladdin's always at a 'drop of a hat' as the quality of the food, the service and consistency is always guaranteed.

The food is delicious and really good value for money! Okay, the deco isn't great but the food definitely compensates for this! BYO, order a few starters and share them with your friends and you'll pay £10 on average.... hardly beatable by any other restaurant with QUALITY food! I can highly recommend it!

I have been there a lot and will carry on to do so, real lebanese flavours, food is well prepared and not expensive at all. I have to say i dont agree with comments saying is expensive!? Perhaps prices have changed... Also, you can bring in your own alcoholic drinks if you wanted to do so, other drinks have average prices. The food is very good.

Food adequate if overpriced -they even charge you for tap water. And they are entirely cynical about getting you in and out. We were there for just an hour and a quarter and had our bill delivered unasked while we were still on dessert and coffee.

I've eaten at Aladdin lots of times and can honestly say I don't recognise the last reviewers description! I've never had a bad experience here, and the food is fabulous. Yes, the decor and atmosphere could never be described as sophisticated but who wants that every time they go out?

If you want to know what it is like to have your worst restaurant experience, go to Aladdin. But bear in mind, the food is overpriced and doesnt represent value for money. The food was average and the service was poor.

It is obvious that was used to be a takeaway has failed to be a success as a restaurant.

On our visit we were seated at the front near the service desk. What was annoying was that 2 members of staff were acting as if they had a private party and were blasting their music, changing tracks in the middle of a song to play the next song and basically having a clapping and dancing session - totally oblivious to what was going on around them.

very dissapointed with Aladdin even though we had been highly recommended to go there by friends.
