i came here with my girlfriend and we were well looked after.

i had the rib eye steak, which was cooked to perfection, my prawns for a starter were also amazing.

my girlfriend had the fish and chips, which were also amazing, but she couldnt finish it all(so i did!)

my new favourite place to go

I have found The Restaurant Bar & Grill to be one of the most enjoyable places in Manchester to eat, the food is great, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the decor is hip but not too clinical like some of the newer places in town.. would definately recommend it!

Have been to The Restaurant quite a few times now, at weekends and during the week and each time I have had a wonderful experience. I don't know whether I have just been lucky but the food and service has been excellent on every occasion. I have had a couple of birthday celebrations there and a leaving do - all thoroughly enjoyed. My advice is - try it!

i have visited this restaurant several times - i love the busy atmosphere and the food it very good. it is a good place to go in a group, but i would not go there for a romantice meal as it can be quite noisy. the service is ok, but not the best i have experienced.

Overpriced, unattentive staff, food arrived cold but none of the staff actually cared. Text book polite, but had to remind them to come again with the 'reheated' food. My friend and I had to eat our meals separately as his was hot, but by the time mine arrived back, he had eaten his.

Unfortunately I thought a supposed "first class" restaurant would know how to cook steaks? apparently not! I found that everything looked good but The Restaurant is suffereing with the "Busy/Popular" tag. They are too busy and popular to care very much about individual diners. Perhaps I caught them on a bad saturday night? The manager was text book polite but uninterested. They need to remember that they may not always be so popular. I love finding a good restaurant and was looking forward to my evening......I was let down.
