VISITED TIGER TIGER ON SUNDAY EVENING BEFORE KYLIE CONCERT. THE BAR WAS ABSOLUTELY FREEZING. DECIDED TO ORDER SOME FOOD TO WARM US UP. FOOD ARRIVED AFTER ABOUT 30 MINUTES BOTH MEALS WERE COLD (MINE WAS CHICKEN BURGER AND CHIPS) CHEF MUST BE TERRIBLE IF HE CAN'T EVEN GET THAT RIGHT. SENT MEALS BACK WAITED ANOTHER 20 MINUTES STILL NO FOOD!! DOES IT TAKE THIS LONG TO WARM SOMETHING UP IN MICROWAVE? ORDERED CHAMPAYNE COCKTAIL - CHAMPAYNE WAS FLAT!! ALL IN ALL VERY DISAPPOINTING. WHEN I TOLD THE WAITRESS MY MEAL WAS COLD SHE REPLIED BY SAYING WE ARE VERY BUSY! IT WASN'T BUSY AT ALL THERE WAS JUST ONE WAITRESS DOING EVERYTHING. NO HEAT AND NOT ENOUGH STAFF. C**P

We had our Christmas Party at Tiger Tiger this year - the food was cold, undercooked and the portion sizes bizarrely ranged from a huge sickly chocolate mousse to a almost non-existent Christmas Pudding. When we sought out the manager to either try and replace the food or seek a refund - he was unfortunately unhelpful and pretty rude into the barging. He said he would return to our table at the end of the evening to resolve the situation but, never did. There was not a single person in our party of 12 that did not have a problem with one of the servings of their three course meal. It very much seems that once you have pre-booked and they've got your money customer satisfaction and service disappear. Needless to say we will not be going back.

I recently had my hen night at Tiger Tiger. Tiger Tiger made it a night to remember, but sadly for the wrong reasons. The restaurant was booked and we all sat down for a meal, the food was very average on the whole, with some people being more unhappy than others. Due to bad planning the restaurant had firstly got the booking time wrong and had then only allowed 2 hours for a large group to eat their meal. At this point we were asked to pay the bill and leave half way through our desert because they had people waiting. In my opinion this was due to bad planning, even this wouldn't have been that bad had the waiter not been so rude and actually shouted at one of my friends. We then proceeded to our prebooked booth which would have been lovely had there been any music or bar staff.Eventually we managed to get some music and someone to serve drinks, by this time we had had enough and decided to leave for a much more professional establishment.

The service was good, but probably because we knew the waitress. The food was mediocre and took about three hours to get to us. By the time it reached us we were no longer hungry.
