No.1 Oriental Buffet Restaurant

went tonight before going to palace theatre, arrived at 1750, no problem got a table straight away so far so good the waitress told us that the next more expensive tarriff started at 1830 we said that we wouldnt be that long and would like our tarriff at the earlier time, had some food which was excellent then at 1815 we were presented with our bill (not asked for) and reminded that the tarrif would change at 1830 ok we continued to eat and at 1825 we were asked would we like to stay later than 1830 but would have to pay the difference in tarriff i replied no and went to pay the bill quite annoyed then to cap it all when i paid i was asked if i would like to leave a tip, i replied Certainly not! surley if dinner A starts at 1750 0n the lower tarriff and dinner B starts at 1835 (ie higher tarriff) surley they can distinguish between the tables and times, i am afraid you have seen the last of me there shame as the food was beautifull

we have been to this restaurant several times and have never been let down. The food is excellent and there is plenty of choice, for adults and children. a no frills restaurant. we come by canal and will always make a detour to dine here.
