8 of us went for an early evening meal yesterday and it was great. The staff were attentive and helpful; the food was really lovely and promptly prepared and served. Atmosphere great - I would definitely go again

Service is appalling! A dinner for 8 people booked for 5.30pm took us over 3 hours! And after complaining, they just ignored us once again so we had to leave without desserts or coffee, even though these had been offered for free! On the positive side, food was reasonably good but not enough for Felicini’s to see us ever again

I love this place- the staff are always fantastic and the food great. The ice creams are to die for. I recommend it!
