Didn't actually eat here, but tried to book a table for two using a tastecard which gives 2 for 1 discount. there are restrictions in certain restaurants. Leonis being, tastecard can't be used on Friday or Saturday evenings.
I booked a table for lunch for 12pm for two on a Saturday which should be fine and is in many restaurants using tastecard...no problems. When I mentioned using tastecard the man on the phone began stumbling over his words stating they only take tastecard monday to thursday.
I pointed out it didn't state this on the website. He just fobbed me off. I told him I wouldn't be bothering and I won't again either. Not very good vibes coming from this place. Seem to advertise on tastecard website just for their own publicity. Beware!!!

Went to this restaurant on Saturday night and had possibly the worst service i have ever experienced in my life - rude, aggressive and insulting. We would have walked out if we hadn'd have been scared of the management.
After being seated, it took almost 20 minutes for anyone to come and take our order. When we (politely) asked how long it may take for food to arrive (we had a train to catch), we were told aggressively that it would ‘take as long as it takes’ and that if we wanted to pay for our drinks and leave, we could.
The head waitress/owner then came and apologised for her husband's behaviour and persuaded us to stay. Bad mistake.
When our food arrived, one of the steaks (ordered rare) came out medium, so we called over the waitress/management and let her know that it wasn’t as ordered (pretty standard practice?!?). Rather than apologise and provide a new steak, we were treated aggressively, and insulted by staff. We were told that the steak was cooked fine, that we did not know what we were talking about, and that we were trouble makers. The male management came out of the kitchen twice, waving the steak in question and asking quite aggressively whether we were going to eat it or not. The female management also accused us of getting her in trouble with her husband after she had “let us stay”.
My friend still had not received a replacement steak by the time we had finished our entrees (10.45pm). We called over the female management, who seemed shocked and surprised that we had wanted a replacement, saying “I thought you were just trouble makers”. By this point, we had been in the restaurant 90 minutes and could wait no longer for another meal to be prepared. No money was taken off the bill and my friend left hungry, and all a little shocked.
Do not eat here. Never have I seen such rude, unprofessional and aggressive behaviour from restaurant management and staff.
