Royal Orchid Thai Restaurant

Had a lovely meal for my friends birthday, the food was exceptional, we were looked after so well and they even brought out a small cake for our friend as we didnt think to take one. The food was very reasonably priced and it was well worth the visit and we will be going there again soon.

The worst restaurant I have ever dined at. Patronized the restaurant for dinner on 13.09.09. All went wrong after they served out starter. Noted that they are slow in serving our food and we are rushing for our train, we asked so that our main course and dessert could be served together. Waited for an hour. Can't recall how many times they gave us the same replies "coming soon", "in just few minutes", "your order is in the queue" ,and "will be ready soon". I can be angry but i can't fault them if they are slow in cooking/serving but what is unacceptable is that they served foods for customers who came in later/after us. We noted at least on 2 other tables where patrons came after us were served with their order-to-cooked food. We saw them (the other patrons) came in, ordering, being served their drink and foods and we are still waiting for our main course. That was the first time i really want to throw them the money for the bill and left but I didn't. I asked them to give us our bill, i paid them and left. Definitely, i wont be going back there anymore.
