Leos

I went to Leos a few weeks ago and I have to agree with the comments in the review the food ,service and ambience was fantastic..We had the specials , rack of lamb and the salmon and they were cooked beautifully.

Even though it is a small restaurant you lose yourself in the atmosphere,the staff are really friendly and heplfull and really know their stuff. We have started to go once a week after work,they do a great earlybird with lots of variety and cooked to the same high standards as the A'carte menu.

The owner was working when we were there and she was telling us that the main aim of the restaurant is to strive for excellence in consistensey, good food,good service and value for money,which they seem to achieve judging by the comment book they have.

We finally went to Leo's last night having tried to get a table for weeks. It was well worth the wait. My partner had the Chicken special descibed by the friendly staff. It was covered in bread crumbs and topped with Mozzarella cheese and bacon. I had a filleto pepe. In fact it was the best steak i have had in a long time. Excellent taste and cooked exactly right with a cramy pepper sauce. We finished our meal in this cosy gem of a place with Torta Selva Nera a cherry and chocolate cake. They have a great wine list from Pinot Grigio to Barbera, we sampled the Prosecco, chilled and fizzy.10/10
