Wings

Highly overrated - tarted up chinese food for westerners. Average tasting chinese fodder. Waiting staff attentive and overall experience OK - are wings trying to achieve what yang was 10 years ago? There much better places for the food - just follow the chinese crowd. As for star spotting - if you're impressed with seeing how some overrated footballer eat with chopsticks or soap 'star' put food in their mouth then this might be the place for you - whatever floats your boat! Just be prepared to pay more for the privilege.

Hahaha, the best restaurant in the world may be just a teeeeeeensy bit of an overstatement.....but nonetheless, this actually IS a very, very good restaurant. Considering that Yang Sing gets all the press, and serves up mediocre (at best) fare, Wings is a revelation.

I didn't want to like this place, with all of it's most un-sino-like pretentions. But the simple fact is that the food is great, the service, while a bit over the top, is better than you ever get in a Chinese place, and overall, it's a gem.

THE BEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD!!!!

Food is second to none; service is impeccable. The waiters are polite, helpful and efficient. There is always a buzz in there, great atmosphere. You can see all the stars in there. I saw the entire England Squad once!

Mr Wing is great, he knows all our names and always gives us a warm welcome, he put my dad's business on the wall and our names on our chopsticks.

I have been going here for three years and it gets better every time, it is the one place where you know you are guaranteed a great night.

The food here is absolutely fantastic, the quality first class, I have been to many top restaurants in London and Surrey and Wings comes first in taste orgasms. Puts other chinese restaurants to absolute shame. The ingredients are of the highest grade and standard. The waiters are very polite apart from one lady who was some what annoyed that I didn't want to order wine. The cost is 20% higher than most chinese restaurants but certainly more than worth it! Atmosphere is sophisticated, a fine dining experience!!! A treasure of a restaurant.
