An old fashioned place with more atmosphere than modern ones. Open till late, after midnight probably they will still serve you, best place for a romantic dinner.
The steak portion was massive and coocked in excellent sauce,the sicilian wine very good.
I still could speak italian with the lovely waiter.
A place you have to visit if you want to see the atmosphere of a proper italian "trattoria".

the sardine starter was frozen in the middle. the staff were horrendously rude and gave no apology whatsoever. the "manager" was too scared to come and speak with us so we had to go to him. he basically said "so what?". they added a 10% service charge which we only just noticed through mental arithmetic and swiftly had removed. it was terrible.
