Rice (Piccadilly)

Biggest food disppointment i've ever had! Always use Deansgate Rice which is 10/10 99% of the time but this one is AWFUL!

Advertises exactly the same dishes as the other restaurants but when i ordered a Portugese Peri Peri Chicken from The Grill, i got a Katsu Curry Chicken sauce???? Not the same thing?!

They then proceeded to tell me that i was wrong - everyone in my group agreed that this was in fact Katsu Curry Sauce. Finally the server took my box back only to pour a different sauce ON TOP of the dish?!

NEVER going back and i think this is a crying shame for the Rice brand.

I've been to all 5 restaurants during the last 12 months. I don't have any complaints and feel i get value for money. Portion sizes are very large. I've never left with a empty stomach! Staff at all sites are very helpful and smart looking. I visit Rice every week. if you haven't had the Rice experience i recommend that you do soon!

I recommend Malaysian chili chicken and the seabass!

Went to Rice Bar Oxford Road - Everything about this place is less than average at best. Very poor service when they decided not to accept a voucher that was handed to our office, claiming it to be used only at the Deansgate branch but clearly wasn't stated on the voucher and no fine print either. Poor attitude from manager. Will no longer bring my team or clients near that place ever.

Massive choice is a bit daunting but there are loads of really good dishes (Im working my way through them) and its a really healthy compared to other fast food places. Love it

You think when you get the carton of food there isn't much but the portions are huge as you'll realise when you start eating it. The malaysian chilli chicken they do is amazing with the added student discount makes it even better.
