worst service and food I have ever experienced, we asked the barman if we could to speak to the manager and it turns out that the guy serving our food was the manager, when we said we were not happy about the service he hurled abuse at us and demanded payment, seriously do not bother going here

Visited this restaurant yesterday but was disgusted with service and attitude of staff.

On finishing our meal plates were removed almost as soon as our forks were put down and tablecloth ripped off table as if they were trying to get rid of us.

One waiter also stretched over table to remove an empty glass whilst we were eating.

Customers seemingly are an imposition to staff at this eatery.

We wont visit again. We will go where we are made to feel welcome.

We also declined to tip.

We visited the restaurant at the trafford centre on saturday afternoon, 12th jan 2008, were shown to a table quickly and given the menus . They were dirty and shabby!

There were 4 of us and we ordered chicken and cashewnuts, childrens chicken nuggets, and two chow mein specials, along with a few starters.

The starters were quite nice, they had taste, even if they were a little greasy. Even though we clearly had a child with us, the staff brought out the childs meal LAST!

The meat left alot to be desired, the chicken was HAIRY, and the chow meins char sui pork was tasteless, chewy muck.

We were very disappointed in the meal and wanted to reflect that in the tip, therefore we paid the bill and no more extra. If the food and service was satisfactory, i have no problem in tipping, i mean , it's only fair. However, the visit was a complete shambles and why should we pay for the privelege?

I hope the staff and kitchens pull their fingers out as, it is a lovely setting and looks wise, the restaurant is nice. Please improve because you need to !
