The reviews that precede mine are absolutely correct. It seems that Shere Khan want to rely on their name and past rather than concentrate on the present. The previous comments about dirty menus, cutlery, tables etc are spot on. The service was depolrable and the quality of food left alot to be desired. This was reflected by three other people complaining while we were in the restaurant . They will not be seeing us again.

I must agree with most of the reviews here, I was very disappointed when I visited. Mostly because I have been going to the Shere Khan restaurant in Berry Street Liverpool since it opened, and the food is always of the highest quality, hot (temperature), the staff are friendly and the restaurant is kept immaculately clean. Don't let the one in the Trafford Centre put you off!

If you like good food and good service stay well away from this place. The service was absolutely shocking, the waiters were rude, there was zero atmosphere and the food was tastless. This restaurant is a waste of money and time - stay away!

We have been twice to this place, the the quality of food is shocking. The service is really bad, and it is a definate NO. The food does not have the required taste or spices..Either overly done, or neglected. the peshwari naans are really bad. Waste oif time and money

The restaurant looked nice, however the service was poor and the food was poor. The menu's were all greasy, some food and drink orders were wrong, we got billed twice and we hadn't even finished in there yet nor had we asked for the bill, the rice was the worst pilau rice I've ever had, the meat seemed like it was out of date, the 'medium' curry was definately on the high end of the 'hot' scale. Never going to this place again.
