The Twisted Med Restaurant

I came with my husband for our anniversary, and wanted to try something a little different as we normally go to San Carlo, but for the occassion we decided to visit the twisted med.

Although the restaurant dining area is quite small it possesed a lovely atmosphere and our waiter was utterly charming!!

The starters came almost immediately and it was obvious that the freshest ingredients were used, for our main course we had the meat platter to share, and whilst it was quite over facing the value for money cannot be argued, the pork and chorizo skewer was probably my favourite part along with the endless amount of side orders that came with it.

We shared a bottle of red too which was quite pricey, but was recommened to compliment our food by our waiter and it did just that.

Had a wonderful experience and will definitely be finding another occassion to return for.

Easily the best place I've eaten in manchester up to now, can't wait to come back again! Food was amazing with great presentation. Also the table service was great too, drinks were a bit slow to get to us but nothing to dampen our evening! Would recommend this to everyone you won't be disappointed!

Went here for my wife's birthday. We chose the Mango & Crayfish starter and the grilled goats cheese. We found it to be very well presented and tasted amazing so much so we shared both starters between us.

For the mains we had the Shellfish platter. £56.00 is quite a lot of money but to be honest it was well worth it. We have in the past had similar platters which would never consist of including a whole lobster and a whole seabass as well as many other stuff like scallops and king prawns once again presented amazingly.

Service was good and italian chap with the long hair especially charming always bringing a smile to our faces as he tended to our needs on the evening.

All in all was very happy to see a new restaurant we can add to our list of favourites we will be sure to be back soon.
