I eat here regularly before going to the theatre and always find it to be perfect.
Always book your table and arrive early as it books and fills up very quickly.
If you arrive late then expect a wait as its full most of the time (200 or so people)
Food is always fresh and service is quick and friendly (seem to do their best when its so busy)
Pollo ad Astra is my favourite pizza yum!

A group of 4 of us went an hour before a concert was due to start at the Lowry - ordered food within a few minutes and then waited 45 minutes for the food to arrive - they weren't depaerately busy but extremely disorganised with lots of plates of hot food sitting on the counter waiting to be taken to tables - so ours was tepid when it was eventually delivered.
They are making a big thing about thir new Sicilian food but had run out of many of the things we ordered.
No toilet paper in ladies loos.
A real disappointment and letting the chain down, which is usually very good.
