choice,thats what living in the free world is all about,and i can safely say i choose never to return.I have just read some of the reviews and cannot believe we are talking about the same restaurant.I went on the19/02/08,did the chief fall into the nearby canal just that day,because i cant believe we are talking about thesame cook.They should really start putting salt&pepper on the tables as seasoning is non exsistant.This celeb chief culture has gone to all thier heads,they are so busy messing around drawing little pictures with food on the plate they have forgotten all about taste.

The food was really nice, everything home made, and beautifully presented especially the deserts and the soups were to die for, we especially enjoyed the meals from the Sunday menu. The food portions are good, appear small, but very filling. We would definately go again, to try out the beef burgers as they looked gorgeous! and when they say "chunky chips" on the menu, they really mean chunky chips!!!

great food ,superb atmosphere,attentive service,what more does one need to enjoy a night out with friends?would recommend to anybody looking for a top night out,of relaxed dining,all round top marks ,we will be back soon,very soon!!!

Rubbish! Would not go back again. My mum had fish and could not eat it as it was so salty. The waiters said it had to be seasoned!! Desserts were not much better. Service fine but food awful and prices are high. In my opition lots of better restaurants in Manchester avoid this one.

I Loved this place.

Superb food, really stylish restaurant, great wine, excellent music.

Really, really enjoyable.

The only letdown was a bit of a scruffy, miserable waiter and shoddy toilets.

Where on earth can you have three fantastic courses, each tickling the palette in their own indivudal way, feel completely full by the end of it and walk away only £16 lighter? This place is superb and I live next door to it!

One gripe, however, is the mandatory inclusion of a 10% service charge which I detest.

This has to be both mine and my wifes favourate resturaunt in Manchester. The service is excellent and the food, Oh lordy the food, i kiss my fingers in celebration everytime! You cant put a price on good wine, great food and a great time. A superb place.

I ate here two Sundays on the trot earlier this summer, purely because it was such a good experience the first time. Had a table outside both times, but the service was still spot on. The food is of a very high standard, portions quite substantial, so don't go mad on the starters! Overall, fantastic.
