used to be borderline excellent but with the introduction of the outside area it's lost its soul and become another for binge drinkers rather than those interested in food. the failure to match the excellent non-smoking policy outside smacks of greed and opportunism. shame. finally could someone please sort the service out. its never been great but now it's moved way beyond shocking
