Yang Sing

lunched here tuesday 25th.nov.at 2.0pm. this approx 3 months after our previous visit(equally disappointing)'

Very quiet, which surprised and concerned me (should have left then). only about six tables occupied (including the owner with guests or colleagues.)

I have been enjoying chinese cooking in manchester for over forty years, original KwokMan, and the wondrous San Ho, where i was introduced to (real) Chinese cookery by a Chinese speaking friend, plus first experienced Dim Sum. not an expert but I know what good cooking looks/tastes like.

we ordered a few dim sum,and a couple of dishes plus a noodle dish. barely warm, thick heavy casings of the various steamed dumplings

we left most of it and left. how are the mighty fallen!
